I just wanted to say thank you for working with us on this bill, I know it has been a year and I'm just getting it paid off this month. I never once got phone calls or letters in the mail regarding my past due balance and monthly payments were always entered correctly. We are self-employed and uninsured and many Doctors are not willing to work with patients to pay off bills, and often send them off to a collection service. Last year seemed to be the year for everyone in our family of four to have a hospital/ER visit and I had to have major surgery. We have been paying hospital bills and medical bills all year and I would have to say your office is the exception and it means a lot! We have been blessed that our business has picked up and we have been able to pay everyone every month, and are starting to see at least one bill get paid in full every month; this month was yours...

On July 9th 2012 I suffered from an intertrochanteric fracture of my left hip in a mountain bike accident. It looked like my elf hunting season was over. The Next day, Dr. Mark Ryzewicz performed surgery to repair my injury. We had an excellent result.

Seven weeks later I was able to do a back country elk hunt with my bow. Our spike camp was two miles in the mountains. We had several great elk encounters throughout September. Aaron did harvest a dandy bull elk.

On October 15th, the opening of rifle, I was blessed with a great Wyoming bull elk... I made a 275 yard shot to harvest this awesome six point bull. We had a mile to pack it out...

When I saw you Tuesday at the Laramie Recreation Center, I was reminded again of how much your expertise and caring have meant to me and my family.

During the past decade, you have given me two new knees and two new hips. More than that, you have given me hope and mobility.
